Fulfil the 10-hour requirement for the application or renewal of ICF credential and be thoroughly prepared for the ACC and PCC credentialing assessment.
Programme Structure
10 hrs of group coaching (group of 6-8)
In-depth revision and application of the ICF core competencies and assessment markers
3 hrs of individual coaching
Personalised feedback on coaching strengths and areas for growth, in preparation for ICF recording
Coach Knowledge Assessment Preparation
Covers key coaching concepts and ethics that are commonly tested

Mentor Coach Profiles
Suman Balani
Suman is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who creates developmental programs for individuals and organisations. She brings together a unique blend of coaching skills with a strong business-building background to empower individuals and teams to become highly engaged performing leaders, striving also to contribute to the community.
Suman has over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare, payments and technology services, including positions in corporate strategy development, business operations, strategic marketing, product development and technology innovation. Leveraging on her strong corporate track record, Suman has brought the benefits of coaching to organisations by helping the leaders build capacity for sustainable performance whilst concurrently displaying emotionally intelligent conduct. Suman’s style of evocative coaching enables leaders to gain deep self-awareness, and experience powerful shifts in their perspective allowing them to be open to new and better ways of working. These new insights help them to better appreciate and embrace the work of their teams resulting not only in more innovative and creative outcomes, but also highly engaged and motivated teams and co-workers. A strong communicator and strategic thinker, she is able to bring clarity and renewed energy to executives and teams through her skilful coaching conversations. Suman has to her credit over 2600 hours of professional coaching, with over 500 clients in Singapore and Asia.
As an ICF Mentor coach, Suman delights in up-skilling coaches towards mastery through real-life practical experience in support of their credentialling journeys. She currently leads the ICF Singapore Community of Practice for Peer Coaching.
Suman served as the President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter in 2019, driving initiatives to shape the coaching landscape in Singapore. She is also a Board Committee Member of SPD, a non-profit organization creating inclusivity for persons with disabilities, and a member of the planning committee of Over-the-Rainbow, an organization that aspires to transform youth mental wellness through self-care and service projects. Suman is also currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Graduate Diploma in Life Coaching, Singapore University of Social Sciences.
Joanne Teh
Joanne is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), passionate about empowering people to achieve breakthroughs in workplace performance, progression and leadership. Through reflective conversations, Joanne enables leaders to connect with their staff, managers to navigate transitions, and high potential officers to chart purposeful career paths. Anchored by a decade of experience across markets, business development, and strategic planning, complemented by executive coaching for large corporates to fast-growing start-ups, Joanne delivers tangible, practical and transformative shifts that enable her clients to make clear and purposeful choices. As an organisation development practitioner, Joanne also leads transformation projects in the financial services sector.
Joanne has coached over 300 clients spanning over 2,000 hours of coaching, focusing on leadership and career coaching. Her clients are mainly corporates from the public and private sectors, ranging from c-suite leaders, senior VPs and middle managers who have transitioned to larger and lateral roles. Joanne has also conducted group coaching and facilitation for teams, using a variety of performance feedback, profiling and ideating tools, to enhance team performance and strengthen business outcomes. She also coaches startups in the international and local networks.
Joanne is passionate about leveraging on her coaching experience to train and fast-track coaches on their credentialing journeys, and in their growth as masterful coaches, to positively impact the broader community. Having experienced first-hand the powerful shifts that a skilful coach can facilitate, Joanne takes joy in sharing her coaching insights as an ICF Community of Practice Leader, Mentor Coach and Faculty Coach Trainer.
